I want to add an upload button for my CV using a Publish Online link and click tracking for Google Analytics 4

you mean a download button?

if so, add an image of your button>hover over it>click the pencil icon>click add link>link to your online cv

how to involve google analytics, i don't know.  it looks easier to use bitly.
