Hello, I'm having trouble installing Creative Cloud. I have Windows 7 and a slightly old laptop, when I download Creative Cloud and open it, I get a window that says "Adobe servers are unavailable" Check your firewall settings, make sure your computer time is set correctly, and try again. I turned off the firewall, but it didn't help, what should I do and is there any way to solve this problem?

to test your default browser's tls you can use , https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html
your computer also needs to support openssl 1.0.1 or better. to check,
