Adobe Stock account plan contains Creative Cloud?

Hello, I have a Teams subscription on Adobe Stock and noticed my plan also contains Creative Cloud. I understand it is not a full version but some kind of trial, but what exactly is the difference between this version of CC and the regular (paid) one?

I only see an Adobe Stock subscription associated with your team's subscription. You may want to consult your team administrator regarding the plans available for your team. If there is a Creative Cloud trial for team the Creative Cloud Services may have some folks that would know more about that.
