Hola tenía muchos archivos guardados en la nube, por temas de empresa me habian suspendido la cuenta y me la reactivaron el día de hoy pero ya no tengo ninguno de mis archivos y los necesito para trabajar.
Alguien sabe que puedo hacer o le ha sucedido esto antes?

then all your files are recoverable.
sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used for your original subscription (that has your cc files): http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
then open your cc desktop app, click the cloud icon at the upper right and click cc web:

Hello, thank you so much, but all the cloud is empty. I dont know what happened but Im singing in with the same User ID or mail registred and i couldt find the files 😞
