Can I embed Adobe Animate media into Adobe Portfolio?

I'm using Portfolio at present because my knowledge of HTML and CSS is not that amazing. However, Portfolio is quite limited in how much I can customise a page visually. If I was to develop some interactive content with Animate, could I embed it into a page of Portfolio?
