Hi, after Adobe stopped its Cloud Synced Files, my CC still counts these files into my capacity. And I can not erase them from the deleted folder - they are just not there.
My Cloud storage used to be 1100 GB as it was used for file synchronisation.
Adobe has discontinued file synchronisation.
So I cancelled my subscription for the additional storage (1000 GB).
My files (300 GB) should be deleted from the storage. But they still take up the space.
I can not delete them forever on the web because I do not see these files on the web.
As a result I now can not use my 100 GB storage that I still do have, and that I would love to use with Adobe XD (My files should be now max. around 50 GB).
Is there any way to fix it without paying for additional storage? Because I do not want to pay for something I do not need (and I have already paid for 1 more month than was necessary).

there should a zipped file online with your files:
use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.

Hi thank you for your reply.
There is a link to a zipped file, which I do not need.
But there is no way to delete the zipped file, which I need.
There is only a notice that it is going to be deleted forever after the 2nd of March.
Unfortunately, the zipped file or any file that I need to delete can not be deleted at any of the provided links. (Which I have checked before posting my question and again after you posted the answer to be sure I have not missed anything.)
As I mentioned in the original post, I am talking about discontinuation of the service (Synced files) that caused the issue.

if you can't delete the zipped file (which contains your online sync folder files), you'll have to wait to recoup that space.
