Hello!
I'm subscribed to the plan that includes Lightroom and was already using Adobe Portfolio to host my website. Due to a payment issue, I lost access to my account for about 2–3 months, but I resolved the issue and it was reactivated today.
During that time, my website went offline, and now when I try to publish it again, I get a message saying I need to have a Creative Cloud account (which I already do) or subscribe to Behance Pro.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does the platform need some time to process that my account has been reactivated?
Thank you in advance!

I'm currently getting a 503 issue - across my sites. This is the second time I've noticed it - don't always have it open or updating, so I assume it's happening a bit.
I can't access admin currently - it thinks I'm a new user and there is no access to any of my sites.
The last time I contacted support, there was no information about why or if it's an ongoing situation, just this response:
"Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble you're running into! Typically, this error resolves in 24 hours. Can you let me know if when 24 hours passes, the error disappears?"
It's wholly unreliable as a portfolio site if you're trying to run a business - and I would hope that Adobe either updates the user base or fixes the server errors.
Please update this ticket with any other info that you receive so that we have some kind of idea about future issues.

Behance.net is down and it looks like it brought myportfolio.com down with it. I'm also getting the 503 Error. Give it some time. Hopefully it comes back up soon
