Can't upload pdf files onto Creative Cloud – file type not supported error message

I suddenly can’t upload pdf files onto my Adobe Creative Cloud anymore. This is not just for one specific file - I’ve tried it with other pdf and other file formats that I’ve already uploaded onto the CC previously and I now get the same error message: "Files could not be uploaded. File type not supported."

Can anyone help?

I'm trying to upload a pdf onto my Creative Cloud storage (into the 'your files' folder). I've tried it from the desktop app as well as browser, but get the same error message. This is with any files, even the ones I've previously uploaded.

Thanks, this has now worked.

Very strange though as I was doing it with the upload function in the CC window and it always worked previously. Bit concerning that Adobe is no longer supporting upload of its own files that way

you saved from acrobat to cc?

yes, that worked. But if I try to upload from CC using the upload button and select the pdf from my desktop it won't work
