Cannot access Adobe XD even after redeeming Coursera reward

Hi! I recently am unable to access my Adobe XD app. I had a 9-month subscription from Coursera and redeemed it in April. But when I opened the creative clouds today it wasn't allowing me to open it which is weird since I had no problem accessing it till yesterday night. When I check my plan Adobe XD is still included and it hasn't been 9 months yet so I wouldn't hope so either. I included some screenshots for clarification. I already had made some projects there and it's very annoying that I can't access it anymore. Moreover, my deadline is coming up. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it's not working.
