Cannot sign in to Creative Cloud

So when I open the Creative Cloud App, a pop up appears saying 'You have been signed out, please sign in again', with a sign in button underneath. However, when I click this the pop up just re-appears, and I go around in circles. How can I stop this from happening.

 

I have re-downloaded the app and updated and re-started my laptop.
