When using Creative Cloud desktop file syncing, is there an option that doesn't force all synced computers to download everything, and taking up all that hard drive space locally?
For instance, I have a desktop with plenty of storage space, but I also have a secondary laptop with limited on-board SSD storage. Creative Cloud is essentially unusable on there because Creative Cloud tries to download everything, with no regard to how much space is available on that specific machine. And it seems like the only workaround is to disable Creative Cloud file syncing entirely on that computer. But doing so also disables the very convenient desktop integration, and I'd have to go to the web portal to get the files. Is there a middle-ground solution that I'm missing, or are we limited to this "all-or-nothing" syncing?
This user flexibility is already possible in Dropbox, iCloud, and Microsoft's OneDrive, to name a few. I can maintain desktop-to-cloud integration with these services, and can choose which files will take up local storage space. I can also specify which files and folders for which I want to maintain synced, locally-stored copies.

Microsoft OneDrive syncing options
iCloud: Users are given the option to manually download iCloud files.
iCloud: If an iCloud file is already taking up local storage space, you are given the option to Remove Download. The file remains accessible for download in that location.
Creative Cloud sync: Unless I'm missing something, these are the only options available to users.
I would love to see these options available for Creative Cloud file syncing, rather than the current all-or-nothing approach, which is unfortunately counter-intuitive for on-the-go work, especially with limited hard drives.
