I have an issue where I recently side-graded from the Lightroom + Photoshop plan to the Lightroom + 1TB of Creative Cloud since I realized I don't have the time for photoshop.
Now on my past plan I only had 20GB so I had froze the sync process when I import into Lightroom and since then have restarted the sync. TL;DR: The Assets page is separate from the Lightroom web-page. They both use the "Creative Cloud" storage, but the applications don't tell you that each service is separate using the same cloud storage pool.
