creative cloud pc app

Every time my creative cloud does an update. It uninstalls it from my computer. So I download it. start launch. installs then disappears. plus the exe file for installing.

I have all my programs installed. Just creative Clouyud is gone after updating it.

where did you look to confirm it's gone and what's your os?

Windows ten. I have a short cut on my desktop. I look in my programs and it's not there.

the shortcut means nothing.  

in your search field (next to the win start button), type adobe creative cloud> enter

It was there. but I could not uninstall;l. so I did a repair and got. Creatice Cloud desktop failed to install. (error code 50)

after clicking enter, did the cc desktop app open?
