I've been having lots of trouble downloading Creative Cloud on the Windows side of my 2023 16" M2 MacBook Pro on the WIndows side.
I've searched around the forum and I even went on the Windows side, and tried to save the installer there still to no avail.
C:/Users/MyUserName/Desktop
Does anyone know what's going on? I've posted the screenshot below:

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

I've tried every Downloader. Maybe I need to put it in a specific place?
I've tried C:/Users/MyName/Desktop and initiated the download on the Windows side

No luck. Don't think this matter but my Windows 11 Pro license isn't activated.
I keep getting Error 1 & Error 21

I've changed firwall settings too. I get through on some installers and then i end up with this below.
I am on a work account for this virtual machine. There's an admin account and then my user account. Wonder if that's creating the issue?

Did you check whether the apps you want to run are supported on ARM64 Windows? This is a very specialist version of Windows and almost all of CC will not run. I believe Photoshop and Lightroom might be the only ones. Check system requirements.
Obviously you aren't even getting that far, but there's no point continuing if you can't run your target apps anyway.

I believe it works. I'm looking to use Audition;

are you still dealing with that permissions issue and, if so, have you taken the corrective steps from here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/configuration-error.html

Yes I have. I'm now able to download Creative Cloud off the adobe.com website. Even on the other installers that you gave me for Windows 10 this comes up.
However, after installing I get this

that's a common windows error.

Can't seem to figure it out. I tried to re-download the DirectX software. Same thing.

1. It's not clear if M2/Windows 11/Paraellels 18 are compatible. How can I see that info? I am up to dat eon everything.
2. I disabled antivirus/firewall
3. I cleared temporary files
4. Checked netowrk
5. I ran the installer as adminstator
6. Re-dowloaded Paralleles Toolbox
No luck at all. Tried the older installers as well. I don't get Error Code 1 anymore but I do get:

Not too surprising. Creative Cloud isn't certified to work on a) exotic virtual machine set ups or b) M2 chips.
