creative cloud won't log in enterprise id

in an attempt to transfer some files over i logged out of my enterprise id and into this account. upon trying to log back in, creative cloud just reverts back to the login screen after i click to choose enterprise id (over personal account). when i tried to login on browser the screen that would normally allow me to log into student portal (the enterprise connected to my account is nsw education) doesn't redirect and just gives me an error, leading me to believe this is some sort of network issue? it's incredibly frustrating as it means i can't use any of the applications since this account is not under any plan.

 

below is the server it says cannot be found upon attempting to redirect:

federatedid-na1.services.adobe.com

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your Teams/Enterprise ID and password.

 

Hope that helps.  But if not, you will need to contact your IT dept for assistance.
