Deleted cloud files

I woke up this morning to find that my whole cloud has been deleted. I have numerous files on there which contian 100 of hours worth of notes. 

How and why has this happened? I would appreciate it if you could help to fix this issue.

check on adobe's server by opening the cc app and clicking 1 and then 2:

are your files there?

if not, check your sync'd folder by click file>preferences>sync and noting your sync'd folder location

Sorry you've lost me a bit. I use adobe on my ipad and have the adobe app on that, but not on a computer. When I am logged in and I go on the website it doesn't show the cloud icon. 

Is there something I am doing wrong?

on your computer, install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud

you should use it to manage your installed adobe programs and your cloud files.

Hi

I've downloaded the app but I'm not getting much luck still. 

My screen looks like this

and then when I click further into it, like you have suggested and this has come up. 

I just don't know where all my files could have gone.

Any idea?

if the files you're looking for lightroom and/or spark files, click those links at the lower left of your web browser when checking the cloud files.

if nothing's there either your cloud files are gone.  did you check your sync folder?
