Your answer is not completely correct. You have not explained the limitations of Libraries, and the lack of essential document types that are implicitly related to any InDesign workflow, especially any Print-focussed workflow. No doc, nor indd, nor txt, which all previously could be updated and accessed via CCSF.
Use case: iMac at office, MacBook at home. Under CCSF there was no issue about working in either location or on either device. All kglad answers I've seen appear to rely on finding and using a different Cloud service for any InDesign related documents that are not included in Libraries.
Therefore my workflow becomes:
Repeat for every InDesign document, and every source doc every day, until when???
But that doesn't take into account Collaboration, which Adobe pretends is the reason for discontinuing CCSF.
So the workflow for collaborators on any InDesign project requires:
This laborious process ā and hugely expensive in terms of time, let alone money ā is now required for all solo workers and small teams ā unless they have an Enterprise licence. But even Enterprise CCSF is being discontinued soon.
In other words, the proper answer is:
The 'new' Adobe Creative Cloud is purely a subscription service for isolated applications
The 'new' Adobe Creative Cloud provides limited collaboration for some users for some assets
The only option appears to be to move every project that requires InDesign, and every related asset of the project, to a different Cloud service, which includes the InDesign 'master' file. At which point the serious decision will be whether to continue with Adobe at all, especially if Adobe wants to continue with the same Creative Cloud fees for the severely-restricted Cloud options.

If you're a Teams/Enterprise plan member, contact your IT dept. They will instruct you on what you need to do.
Different organizations use all different systems so this user-to-user forum cannot advise you on specifics. That goes beyond the scope of what this community can do.

Hello Nancy. I've seen these non-reply replies previously and regularly. Duplicating non-replies endlessly does not assist anyone.

Hi kglad. See answer to Nancy. A Community forum is about helping people, and discussing issues. To keep pointing people to the cause of the problem without allowing any discussion is not helpful.

I fear this is a road to nowhere. And I'm not going there with anyone. I must defer to Adobe's official announcements about the end of automatic file sync and leave it at that.
