Email from Adobe says I can use File Sync today, but it isn't working

Received an email this morning saying I'd been already approved for newly reinstated File Sync and I should start using it today, but my desktop app still says "coming soon."   I waited till this evening, but it's still not active.

Here's quote from the email:  "Since we’re rolling out access in limited batches, we’re prompting people to join a waiting list—but we’ve gone ahead and approved you, so you can get started using these features anytime."

Anyone know what's going on?

Hi Gail, were you prompted to update your CC desktop app ?

If not then try quitting it and then re-launch it, it will ask you to update.

After update, it should have that functionality.

Thanks.  That took a while, but it seems to have worked.  I was not prompted to update until I quit--and I don't know how I would have known that without your help.  Sometimes the processes are just a tad opaque.
