Tried Chrome, IE, Firefox, and Edge. Same for all 4. I also cleared my history, reset all settings to default, cleared temp files and cookies, rebooted the PC and updated all browsers and windows. Same issue.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs. 

 

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Estou com o mesmo problema... já soube como resolver? Entrei em contato com o suporte remoto da adobe e um técnico tentou reoslver o proble a também não consegiu. Acredito que terei que formatar minha máquina.

I was able to fix my issue - I have a pihole installed to block malware and ads... disabled that for the install. That was the fix.

eu estou com esse problema, porém ao fazer login em outra rede funcionau normalmente. Então, tudo indica que seja alguma configuração da rede local que todos temos em comum

é um problema de configuração na sua rede local. Chegue a esta conclusão pois fiz os mesmos procedimentos e nada funcionou pra resolver o problema de acesso ao site da creative cloud. Mas ao fazer login em outra rede funcionou normalmente com o mesmo usuário. Só não sei como resolver essa configuração na rede local

Encontrei a solução! O problema está localizado no arquivo de host do windows. Siga os passos a seguir:

Para redefinir o arquivo hosts no Windows, faça o seguinte:

1. Navegue para C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc.

2. Abra o arquivo hosts usando um editor de texto, como o Bloco de notas. (Lembre-se de executar o Bloco de Notas como administrador.)

3. Verifique quanto a quaisquer entradas relativas a Adobe no arquivo hosts.

4. Se não houver nenhuma entrada relativa a Adobe no arquivo hosts, nenhuma solução de problemas adicional será necessária.

5. No entanto, se houver entradas relativas a Adobe no arquivo hosts, siga para a próxima etapa;

6. Se houver entradas relativas a Adobe no arquivo hosts, mova o arquivo para a área de trabalho, por exemplo, ao arrastar.

7. Exclua as entradas relativas a Adobe do arquivo hostsCertifique-se de que você não exclua nenhuma outra entrada.

8. Salve o arquivo hosts que você editou na etapa anterior. O arquivo hosts atualizado não deve ter nenhuma entrada relativa a Adobe.

9. Mova o arquivo de área de trabalho para o local original: 

C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc

Ao mover o arquivo, selecione a opção Substituir.
