Erro no creative cloud

Alguém consegue me ajudar? Eu tenho a versão dos programas adobe instaladas no PC devido ao curso que eu fazia, porém agora não estou mais no curso e com isso perdi os acessos. Mas eu não consigo desinstalar ou atualizar o creative cloud com minha conta pessoal, pois só dá erro. Alguém sabe resolver?

Obrigado pelo retorno. Eu já realizei esse procedimento, porém quando instalo novamente o programa já abre tentando logar na conta do curso. =/
