Error 12013

I can't use any creative cloud services or generative fill or anything that requires a connection to the internet, besides downloading or updating Adobe apps. It now says it's not possible to verify the status of my subscription.


I have tried uninstalling creative cloud and all adobe products and reinstalling them, but it does not fix the issue.

contact adobe support via chat so they can connect to your computer.  let us know what they do to solve.

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
