[solved] Update: sometimes reaching behance through zandesk is impossible if your account mistakenly got deactivated (all posts and profile turned private) so you might need to connect addobe by other method such as : https://help.myportfolio.com/

 

Hello Everyone.

My behance profile has an issue that prevents me from presenting my work to clients and colleagues and this issue has become bothersome.

All my behance projects turned private. my behance account link shows " Oops! We can’t find that page. "

If someone can help with this please do tell cause I have been on this platform since 2014 and really don't wanna lose my account.

 

My problem is very similar to the one describe in this post 

I have never had this issue before, All my projects are created by me or I have collaborated in creating them so I'm sure none of them violate terms of the platform.

I tried to contact behance support but nothing has worked.


Please help me fix resolve this issue.

I have already tried that, but as I understand behance doesn't take emails from profiles that have been mistkenly deactivated (turned private)

these are user forums and i don't see how another user (no matter how much expertise they have) can help with a deactivated account.  (and the link you posted showed the op did get a help, eventually, from that behance help link.)
