Getting emails and texts in Asian characters

About a year ago i stated getting all adobe email and texts in asian characters. I have contacted support about a year ago with this issue. They checked my account to make sure I had english as my primary language and it was but I still continue to get all adobe mail and texts in asian characters. I have kinda learned to live with it. I usually just need a code occasionaly to log in but it been a year now and im getting irritated with it. Any ideas what I can do?
