How can I retain my work?

For a few years I have used my dads Adobe account on my ipad (specifically for Fresco), and I have a ridiculous number of files on that software that for better or worse, are valuable. I'm now in school for Graphic Design and have my own Adobe account. My issue is, that I want to login to my account on my ipad now, but doing so, I'll lose access to the years of art I made under his account. How do I solve this. Its literally hundreds of files.
