How to change embed names

Hi, 

I've made myself a holding site for the meantime and I was planning on using the link on discord. I've noticed that when its posted, it has an embed of my name when I don't want to. I'll post an example below.

Let me know how I can fix this. 

(Where I've scribbled over it was where it says my name).
