How to contact support??

I am trying to cancel my plan, unable to do so and there is no way to contact any support!

The link that says "Contact Us: real help from real people" just leads me to this site: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?step=CCSN with some generated tutorials that do not work for me.

Every contact page leads me either to that, or to this community forum. WTF Adobe!

"Adobe Help Center" is utterly useless, as there are also just tutorials, user guides, or if I still need another help it suggests to "download and install solutions"!

I very rarely post on community forums, and very rarely I'm angry at something, but the customer support is abysmal. How is it possible it's so hard to contact support? My issue would be solved in no time.

I wasn't able to cancel my plan due to error, was unable to contact anybody, then now Adobe writes me I have to update my payment info. But I am not using the plan anymore, I want to cancel it! I don't want to pay 24EUR more for something I don't want, use, and want to cancel.

Appologies if this it not in the right category, I think this should belong to "Creative Cloud Services", but I am not sure. If there was a way to contact normal support, it would be there instead!

You can't cancel online until your payment details are brought up to date.  Once you take care of that, you should be able to cancel.
