How to turn Sync On?

I cannot turn the Sync option in CC App settigns.

When i check the On radiobutton and close the preferences window, the Asset / File window still has the "Start syncing" button and info ("when you turn on file sync..."). But I had turn it on....

When i press the start syncing first time, the whole window blinks and reloads to the same info and button.

After the second press, the window just shows a spinning loader for a minute or so, and then again "Start syncing" button.

It's not the file name problem (no files synced yet), the options.tix file doesn't exist, and so on.

I just can't get it on.

Oh. and this is on Mac OS X 10.9.4

Well, after last computer restart, the app updated. It's working now.
