I cant see my synced documents or files on my desktop creative cloud app but I can see them on the identical web browser app. I have tried re installing and signing in and out. Please help thanks
Y, do you receive any specific errors when trying to sync files via the Creative Cloud desktop app? Have you verified that the installed software firewall is not blocking access?
