I lost my cloud documents after subscription change

Hello, for like past 6 years my subscription was paid by my school, yesterday that subscription ended and all my documents, my art, my work on cloud dissapeared. Today I decided to get new subscription to finish my work and acces my cloud documents - I choosed he "digital photography plan" as I needee most just PS now (I used to have he full CC plan before). But the problem is that I still don't see my cloud documents even with active subscription. I'm still in the 7 days free trial tho, so idk if that isn't the problem, doesn anybody know? I wonder if there is a way to get the documents back? Or if there is a way to contact Adobe in other way than the AI chatbot who is useless?

Thank you for the link. But the problem is that I don't see my documents at all, so I can't move or transfer them. But thank you anyway.

I don't know why I don't see them, if I know it would probably be realy helpful in this situation. I tried different browsers as well as both my computer and my ipad and I don't see my documents on neither.

Yeah, I guess so. I mean I'm using the same account (or at least I think so) with the same e-mail and password as before. I didn't create new account.

This won't help the original person with lost files, but For anyone else reading this...
Do NOT have your files only in cloud storage
You should always have an extra copy of all files (or TWO full copies)
Computer crashes or account changes happen, so use an external drive for copies
A USB flash drive to keep in a safe place... here are 2, there are many more available
