Is the adobe app for iPhone having problems?

I've tired restarting the app, my iPhone and nothing is helping. It just keeps loading . I can't get to my files

Adobe makes several apps for the iPhone. Which one are you using?

there's no longer a "creative cloud" for iphone app, if that's what you're seeking.
