Lightroom mobile premium not working

Please help me, I'm desperate. I contacted both Adobe support and Google support. I did all they suggested, but didn't work. The app tells me that my email has  a subscription, but I can't use it. I lose my money for nothing TT

if you subscribed via the google play store, contact them (again).

Unfortunately, they suggest me to contact the developer. Then, I contact the developer, and still waiting for the answer. I post here with a wish they will notice me

No, there's no problem. My subscription still expired, when I ask Google side, they tell me the payment was completed. So, where my money gone 🙂

 

Thanks for ur help, I did all I can, checked all information bout my subs, but, i think the problem is in their sync. Just wish the developer notice me

your adobe account shows no problem, but your subscription expired?  those seem incompatible.

I have already contacted Adobe support and Google Play support, but no one can help me, and I have lost money paying for features that I cannot use in the Lightroom mobile app. I have tried various suggested solutions, but to no avail. The app shows that I have a subscription linked to the email I use, but I cannot use the features.

 

Can the developer help me? 

 

I have tried using the account shown in the image, and the application says that this account already has a subscription, but when I log in to this account, I still cannot use the premium features.

We're extremely sorry about this experience. The screenshot doesn't display the complete email address due to security reasons. I checked the email address with which you are signed in on community, and it doesn't show any active subscription. If you are using any other email address, please confirm and share via DM.
