Masthead Video [Adobe Portfolio]

i want to have a video in my masthead. When I upload it is in poor quality. What can I do?

Default on Safari clip attached. ...  there is an upload problem with Portfolio ... setting someplace. Movies created in Premiere. In my page design today .. video uploaded but did not display in background. Per guidelines .. no audio .. always has been that way? Portfolio team avoiding users the functionality for some odd reason. User complaint. An Adobe ap that requires a change of Big Honcho. Best of luck ... room for improvement. Muse was great. Gone. Portfolio works OK ... Dreamweaver .. no thanks. Apple had a great website design ap .. then they dropped it. Loyal Adobe user here. Since disks.
