Unable to view Max Keynote in Android Creative Cloud app and browsers are stalling and irradict. What is going with Adobe. What a joke!

I can see the conference, I can't hear it. I've tried all the browser settings and all the sound system settings. I've tried 2 computers and 3 browsers. Where is the sound? Where is the close captioning?
