Mensagem de erro na sincronização de bibiblioteca.

Olá. Estou com um problema em relação à sincronização da biblioteca da Creative Cloud.

A sincronização acontece normalmente, porém sempre aparece uma mensagem de erro, tanto no ícone de sincronização da Creative Cloud quanto dentro dos próprios softwares.

No Photoshop, por exemplo, aparece a seguinte mensagem: "Ocorreu um problema. Sua biblioteca foi atualizada". 

Já desinstalei todos os app, usei também um desinstalador, fiz a limpeza do pc e reinstalei os mesmos novamente, isso duas vezes, e nada! Também entrei em contato com a Adobe mas, infelizmente, não conseguiram me ajudar com essa questão. Já não sei mais o que fazer. 

Se alguém aqui já tiver passado por isso e/ou puder me ajudar, agradeço!

if you see a problem with syncing, open app (eg, ps) and synch from there.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Ah sim, verdade. Para reiniciar a Creative Cloud usei esse comando ctrl+alt+R  Fiz isso diversas vezes, na verdade, e em um primeiro momento isso funciona, mas assim que abro o PS ou reinicio o pc o erro volta.

 

Também usei a ferramenta de desinstalação da Creative Cloud tanto para reparar quanto para desinstalar.

 

Usei o Creative Cloud Cleaner também e não deu certo.

 

Quanto ao sistema, ele está atualizado. É Windows. Mas vou pesquisar as demais atualizações que você mencionou e tentar fazer.

Olá, desculpe a demora em responder.

 

Consegui resolver essa questão. A única e última coisa que me restou fazer foi restaurar o pc de fábrica. 

Após a restauração a biblioteca voltou a funcionar novamente, porém estou com outro problema no momento, com relação ao Dynamic Link entre o After Effects e o Photoshop.

 

O After apenas reconhece as alterações de cores feitas em um documento, deixando as demais de lado, como a de posição de um objeto, por exemplo, e mesmo substituindo o documento após o salvamento, o software não reconhece a alteração.

Já perguntei, só não foi possível anexar um vídeo explicando. Esse problema, não é recente, na verdade, mas só agora resolvi pesquisar, inclusive, ao pesquisar aqui na comunidade percebi que havia me esquecido de te responder anteriormente.
