Hey everyone- I am an illustrator who uses photoshop for work daily, i'd been storing my psds in the creative cloud without any issues until today. I opened up photoshop and it was having trouble synching, I restarted and logged back into my adobe ID to access photoshop (I usually dont have to do this), and then when I had successfully logged in, all my creative cloud files were gone except one. They are not in the deleted files section, my recycling bin, or the archive.
I have tried uninstalling the CC and reinstalling, I have deleted duplicated CC folders, and I contacted adobe support over the phone, they were also unable to do anything.
Let me know if theres anything I can do to get my files back.

Hi @Spencer5D2D do you mean in assets.adobe.com?
The UI changed recently - check the "Launch More" button below left to find your synced files.

ok, so i guess you don't have a teams or enterprise subscription.
did you check your cloud documents?
to clear or check all files stored on adobe's servers, use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders to check.:
https://assets.adobe.com (be sure to check "launch more" here)
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.

I do not have a teams or enterprise account. Thanks for the help, I checked all the following locations you shared and none of the files are located there. Appreciate it anyways. My only thoughts at this point is to agree with the poster below and back up all files off the cloud as well just incase 😕

Hi @Spencer5D2D one last thought - are you logged into your assets.adobe.com with the same account? Do you see anything at all asset related? The odd thing is you can't directly delete files out of Creative Cloud - they go to the Deleted folder. So if you noticed them missing recently they should be somewhere in this interface.

Kevin-
I am logged in on the same account, I dont see anything asset related besides a few files from two years ago which is the only thing left since I was logged out of the account. I didn't delete anything from creative cloud, I just saw them disapear when it tried synching my account. Unfortunately it appears resynching did not help and restore them.

Thank you soooo much! Just had the same issue. Didn't think to check for my missing files in the local trashcan and was just about to give up when I saw your tip - and voila! there it was! So, thank you!

You should always have a local copy of all files, not just in the cloud
