Missing Synced Files on Desktop

Hi Everyone,

I recently had to wipe my Macbook Pro. Before doing so I made sure my files were synced on my CC Desktop.

After wiping I went and redownloaded CC and only a portion of my files synced even though it said it was done syncing.

I went online to CC to check my files and a lot of my files were missing. It's like they just disappeared.

Is there any way to recover them or are they gone?
