Everyone who is having this issue with the current update of CC.
I spoke at length with Adobe Customer Service and they are stating the MUSE end of life and they won't support Muse. The fact that it is a big in CC that renders Muse useless is not their problem.
EVERYONE please email to Adobe and let them know ther promised to keep MUSE runing even without their support. The issue is not MUSE it is a bug in CC.

there are several work-arounds. one of the easier ones is to start your os cc desktop app uninstall, but select repair (not uninstall). while the repair is running, start muse.
