new website on Adobe Portfolio is not refreshing when I make changes after changing to a new design.

I recently changed my website theme and design on portfolio - I have been using my own domain name (chabarang.com) - but now, my site does not refresh whenever I make changes to my pages. When I initially launched the new site, the pages loaded accordingly. But now, whenever I make any changes to photos or text nothing refreshes. It only loads the orignally launched page and elements. I restarted apps and computer, emptied cache, checked my DNS settigns, etc. But nothign helps. Meanwhile my website cannot be used for my business. Hopefully someone can offer me a solution. I tried to chat with Adobe support but they will not help me with this issue, but tell me to go to the support community.

Hi @Rob Darby,

Use another browser -- i.e Firefox, MS Edge or Chrome.

If you're on Chrome, it has an especially sticky data cache.  You would do well to use Chrome's Developer Mode (F12) and Disable Cache from the Network tab. Use F5 to refresh the page.

 

While Adobe Portfolio does not have a community forum, there is a rather extensive FAQ & Knowledgebase as well as a dedicated Portfolio Support team to assist users with technical matters.  Also Portfolio on Adobe UserVoice is for posting feedback and feature requests. See links below.
