Use another browser -- i.e Firefox, MS Edge or Chrome.
If you're on Chrome, it has an especially sticky data cache. You would do well to use Chrome's Developer Mode (F12) and Disable Cache from the Network tab. Use F5 to refresh the page.
While Adobe Portfolio does not have a community forum, there is a rather extensive FAQ & Knowledgebase as well as a dedicated Portfolio Support team to assist users with technical matters. Also Portfolio on Adobe UserVoice is for posting feedback and feature requests. See links below.
