No "select your profile" option at Sign in and security

I accidentally signed in as a personal account, not a business account - this is now automatically selected. There is no "select your profile" on/of option at Account and security. What now? I have tried deleting my account, but now, when I try to create a new account, it asks me if I want to retreive my old account.

contact adobe support.  (let us know if the original problem was related to the adobe-end issue with the cc desktop.)

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
