Help!

Last year, someone created a Creative Cloud library and made me an owner. That person is no longer with our organization, and the library is not showing up for me in InDesign, the Creative Cloud app or the Creative Cloud website.  (I can still access all the libraries I created on my own.) However, one of the people who only has read access can still see the library no problem. How do I get my access back? I'm not sure what happened.  I've tried signing out and signing back in; that didn't make a difference.

Unfortunately, none of those links led me to the original library.  My workaround: I had someone with view access export to a cclibs file. I opened that on my computer and shared it with everyone who needed access, asking anyone with access to the old library to delete it.

try a  different profile.

if that fails, see if you can find the files at one of following 4 sites:

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/links to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com
