Hi,
Today I got an alert that my subscription has ended and I have some files on the cloud that I need to download but I'm unable to, when I look in the CC app I only see files from 2 years ago! How can I download them?
Thank you!
These are files that I've been using recently and want to download, but can't find (I know some are also stored in my pc, but not all of them):
and these are the files on CC:

Thanks for the response!
I know this is not the Adobe support, I already contacted them and they suggested asking here since they couldn't solve the issue, but I'll try talking to an agent, thanks.

use a web browser to navigate to (and download from) the following locations. at each location there are several folders/links to check.:
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.
the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.

For anyone else reading this...
You should always have a local copy of all files, not just in the cloud
If you don't have space on your computer drive use an external drive for files
A USB flash drive to carry with you... here are 2, there are many more available
