Portfolio not availble to edit

I've been searching for this answer interittently for a couple of years now. My portfolio was published a few years ago so I'm familiar with how to update it and yes, I pay for the plan. The problem is that whenever I go to https://portfolio.adobe.com/sites to edit my portfolio, it isn't in there. I tried making a new one site but the name isn't available since I'm already using it. The portfolio site is still loading perfectly at https://anasomera.myportfolio.com/

The problem is that I want to add more work and edit a few other things but am unable to. The portfolio isn't available to edit in Adobe's Portfolio site.

@Aneekebeth,

Did you create the old Portfolio under a different log-in ID (email) and password?  Perhaps while attending school or working for an employer that had Creative Cloud plan for Teams or Enterprises?

 

Your personal subscription is totally separate from an institutional plan.  Perhaps that's why you can no longer access it.
