Problème de facturation Creative Cloud

Bonjour, J'ai souscris il y a 2 mois de cela à l'offre étudiante de Creative Cloud.

La première transaction s'était passée sans aucune complication.

Seulement il est impossible pour moi de comprendre ce qui se passe pour ma deuxième transaction.

En consultant mon compte, je peux accéder à ma facture de novembre où l'on m'affirme que le paiement bien été fait, cependant  impossible d'utiliser une seule des plateformes sans qu'un pop-up n'apparaisse, pour prevenant que je n'aurais plus accès à mes applications, car je n'aurais soi-disant pas payé. J'ai rententé plusieurs fois de procéder au paiement, mais rien n'y fait, le problème persiste et cela devient pénible. Est-ce que l'on pourrait m'aider, d'autant plus que j'utilise enormement CC et qu'il nest pas facile de joindre le service client ?
