I cannot get rid of this software that I didn't want in the first place.
Like an idiot, I assumed remove the apps from Add/Remove Programs would remove the application from my machine - no dice. So then, I went to the ridiculous "Uninstall Adobe" secondary app to remove the last vestiges of CC from my machine - it completes with errors, so it does not actually complete at all. And then, it deletes the executable from the location it ran. Thanks, Adobe.
I need a clean path to remove this application from my computer. Not only is Creative Cloud taking up a ridiculous amount of processor/memory time (for who knows what, since there aren't any CC apps installed), but it's also causing system instability and throwing errors because the services are failing.
Has anyone successfully removed this virus from their machine completely? I'm on Windows 10.
