Restore Website Adobe Portfolio

Hi, I cancelled my subscription a few months ago. I had also created a website on this account with the help of Adobe Portfolio, which was then deleted after the cancellation. Now my question is whether it would be possible to restore the website somehow and transfer it to another account. Would it be possible to restore the website if I took out another subscription for the old account or would the website no longer be there? Is there any way I can get access to the contents of the website?

Thank you very much for your help.

To be honest, you should have done this immediately, not several months after the fact.  I don't know how long Portfolio keeps content from cancelled/lapsed subscriptions. But I don't think it's more than a couple of months.  You can contact Portfolio support team directly to see what your options are.

Either a Photography Plan or an Adobe Express Plan for $10/month will include access to Portfolio.

Creative Cloud Photography Plan includes the following:

  • Photoshop CC and Photoshop on iPad
  • Lightroom on desktop, mobile and the web
  • Lightroom Classic
  • Portfolio website + hosting
  • Creative Cloud Express (free starter plan)
  • Bridge
  • 20 GB cloud storage (upgradable to 1 TB).

Premium Adobe Express:

  • Creative Cloud Express app (web and mobile)
  • Premiere Rush (desktop and mobile)
  • Photoshop Express (mobile)
  • Spark Video (mobile)
  • Spark Page (mobile)
  • Adobe Portfolio + Hosting
  • 100 GB of cloud storage
  • All premium templates and design assets including the entire collection of over 160 million royalty-free Adobe Stock photo collection.
