Says I have no Internet connection but I do

I've had no issues with my Internet at all so I don't know why that message keeps appearing when I tap the account tab. I have the Firefly app and I've had no problem generating videos or images. I'm just curious as to why it says I'm offline.

there can be a number of causes.  eg, using the opera browser.  using a browser that's not updated.  using a firewall that blocks adobe. etc
