My teammate and I aren't able to access each other's latest work, on our Creative Cloud Shared folder.
On both devices it is saying that all synced files are up to date. I have tried making a new shared folder however the new one isn't syncing on my teammates' device, either.
I am the owner of the folder and have looked through several forums to fix this issue so we can resume working, as usual. We both use Apple devices.
Please please give us some leads on how to fix this
reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
