sync

Since yesterday we're not able to synchronize. It goes on for hours, upload appears random on computers in network, some never show, some stay in sync mode for hours. Suggestions? Other then log out, remove all and try again. All tried but none works...

yeah i am getting the same issues. This is really worrying as we use CC to sync all of our artworks for collaborating.

Hi,

Can you send me your log files please?. You can find them in the following locations:

Mac:

/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync

Windows:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync

'Library' on Mac and 'AppData' on Windows are both hidden folders. Please read these pages for help on showing these folders:

Please send upload them to Creative Cloud and send me a link at harress@adobe.com

Hi,

We can try and force sync to re sync everything in your Creative Cloud folder by using a special keyboard shortcut.

  • Ctrl + Shift + Click on "View on Website" menu item in the context menu (Force Sync Restart + Force full journal listing + Archive the CCF folder.)


This will archive the contents of the current Creative Cloud Files folder, allowing re-download of all assets from Creative Cloud.
