Trouble with Disappearing Portfolio Text Box

Hello there,

I am having a major problem with text boxes in Adobe Portfolio.  Everytime I place a text box, it appears, then disappears.  Everytime. This happens with both Safari and Chrome and I dont know what other options I could try.  I can't place a single text box on any page.  Any help?

Are you using a Windows or Mac desktop browser? 

 

Once you create a text box, you must move your mouse cursor over it and type something with your keyboard, even if it's just temporary text.
