Using Creative Cloud like Dropbox?

New Here ,
Dec 14, 2023 Dec 14, 2023

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out syncing files to the creative cloud. The media company I work with has the business Adobe plan, and we were hoping to use it as a place to collaborate on video work, among other things. So far, the only assets I've been able to upload that other team members can see on their own devices are Adobe file types. Is there any way to upload other file types so that other team members can see them on their own devices? I want to be able to upload all b roll (mp4, etc) and photos (jpegs) so that other team members can see them and pull them into projects. Is this possible? The files I have synced to the cloud via my native folder on my windows computer are not seen by my team members in their native folders. I was hoping we could use CC as a sort of Dropbox location and archive to be able to pull files from easily, but it's not looking like I can use it that way. Any help would be amazing!

dropbox is more like adobe's cc sync folder.  rather than go into details about his aspect of adobe's cc file handling, suffice it to say this is being retired soon.

But for me as a photographer this is a problem...the sync-folder (an easy way to share photos with my models/customers) will not work after February 2024.
